This is one of the yummiest treats that we got to eat while we were in Kenya this year. Every day on the site, we would be graciously provided Mandazi bread (all we could eat) while we were working on the construction of the school. Mandazi is a deep-fried bread (similar to a scone) that is sweet and delicious!Jambo rafiki!

Oh my goodness I was obsessed with Mandazi when I was there! I need to go look for the recipe. Great pic, too!
